10 Fruits With Lowest Sugar Content

Here is the ranking of the less sweet fruits for their portions usually consumed.

If you follow a low carb or ketogenic diet, if you pay attention to the sugar content of your diet and you like fruits, it is important to know what you can eat, and in what proportions. Here are the fruits that are easily found on stalls, those that contain the least sugar per serving recommended.

1 – Lemon

One could suspect that lemon is the least sweet fruit, with only 2 g of sugar per 100 g.

2 – Strawberry and raspberry

They are the least sweet red fruits. For the recommended portion of 50 g, they contain 2 g of sugar (which makes 4 g of sugar per 100 g).

3 – Plum

This fruit contains 9 g of sugar per 100 g, but its portion is 30 g which corresponds to about 2.7 g of sugar.

4 – Currant

This fruit contains 6 g of sugar per 100 g, that is 3 g for its portion is 50 g,
