FISH CEVICHE

A delicious fish recipe from South America to travel with every bite.

FISH CEVICHE

– 400 g of very fresh white fish
– 1 lime
– 1/2 red onion
– Olive oil
– Salt pepper
– Parsley

Preparation

Cut the diced fish about 2 cm.
Squeeze the limes.
Pour the lemon juice over the diced fish and let marinate for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, finely chop the onion.
Add the onion to the fish, mix, season with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Decorate with the parsley.
Serve immediately.
