Kiwi Fruit Tart

 

– 500 g of kiwis
– 1 puff pastry
– 15 cl cream
– 100 g of sugar
– 3 eggs

Preparation

Preheat puff pastry for 10 minutes at 180 ° C.
Peel and slice the kiwis.
In a salad bowl, whisk eggs, cream and sugar.
Pour this mixture into the bottom of the pan.
Arrange the kiwis, and bake for 20 minutes.
