Low Carb Green Tea and Avocado Smoothie

Ingredients for 2 persons

  • 1 avocado
  • 20 ml of rapeseed oil
  • 30 g of young spinach shoots
  • 2 cups green tea
  • 2 tbsp Tahini cream (sesame puree)
  • 2 tsp (6 g) turmeric
  • 1 pinch of salt [optional]
  • Pepper to taste

Preparation

Put avocado, spinach, tahini, turmeric, salt and pepper in a blender or food processor. Add the rapeseed oil and green tea infusion.
Mix at high speed for about 15 seconds until an emulsion is obtained. Stop 1 or 2 times to scrape the ingredients down. Taste and adjust the seasoning, if necessary. Serve.
