Quiche With Spinach and Feta

This tasty quiche is easy to prepare. It would be a shame to deprive ourselves!

Quiche With Spinach and Feta

 

– 1 shortcrust pastry
– 500 g spinach
– 100 g of feta
– 3 eggs
– 20 cl of fresh cream
– Salt pepper
– Olive oil

Preparation

Brown the spinach in a frying pan with a little olive oil.
Continue cooking until spinach is well watered. Season with salt and pepper.
In a bowl, combine the eggs and the cream.
Add the spinach to the egg-cream mixture.
Spread the shortcrust pastry into a pan, pour in the quiche.
Fry the feta, and bake for 40 minutes at 200 ° C.
