Strawberry Tiramisu

Discover this delightful version of the famous Italian cake that will delight lovers of red fruits.

Strawberry Tiramisu

– 250 g mascarpone
– 500 g strawberries
– 3 eggs
– 75 g of sugar
– 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
– 12 pink biscuits

Preparation

Wash and remove strawberries.
In a bowl, crush 3 strawberries, add 10 g of sugars and set aside.
Break the eggs and separate the whites from the yolks.
In a salad bowl, pour egg yolks, mascarpone, sugar and vanilla sugar. Mix thoroughly.
Beat the whites of eggs in snow, and add them delicately to the mixture mascarpone-eggs-sugar.
Cut the strawberries in half in the direction of the height.
In a flat dish for lasagne, arrange the biscuits.
Cover with crushed strawberries with sugar.
Pour half the mascarpone, then the cut strawberries, and finally the remaining mascarpone.
Refrigerate for 3 hours.
