Artichokes With Fresh Goat Cheese

Here is a recipe where the goat’s cheese sublime the flavors of the artichoke, all in finesse!

Artichokes With Fresh Goat Cheese

– 4 artichokes
– 150 g fresh goat cheese
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 tablespoon lemon juice
– Salt pepper

Preparation

Wash the artichokes well.
Dip them in boiling water and cook for 40 minutes, until they are tender.
Let them cool.
In a bowl, combine cheese, olive oil, lemon, salt and pepper.
When the artichokes are cold, pluck them to keep only the bottoms.
Stuff the bottoms of the cheese stuffing.
Serve as fresh.
